This is the first released version of this software, so many things are not completed including the content of this document. However, we present you quick overview of general terms and conditions when using this software. We recommend reading about privacy as well.

The purpose

• The project is created by professional software engineer from passion to cycling and software.
• The purpose is visualising your effort in cycling in the best possible way.
• The project allows to share and compare your achievements to motivate each other and have fun.

Operator

• Ariel Bogdziewicz coming from Poland, living currently in Spain with registered IT company - the owner, administrator and creator of the project
• Hosting Contabo from Germany

Quick summary

• There is not many terms, as user may only import, display and share its statistics.
• The project is released in beta version, so some bugs may happen.
• All features are available for free until we release final version of the software.
• Some features will be always free without any limitations, like season summary infographic.
• The project allows only for single account for single Strava user.

Notifications

Users agree to receive messages to the e-mail address in accordance with the notification settings in your account profile, and to receive messages with important notifications from the operator associated with the functioning and maintenance of the service, e.g. a significant change to the regulations, warnings about publishing inappropriate content etc. The operator will not send any other less important messages, such as advertising, without the user’s permission.
